With no substantive post scheduled for this week, we thought we’d take this opportunity to make a few announcements.

First in an occasional series:  Recent Work on Imagination

Next week we will run the first installment in an occasional series in which we feature links to recent scholarship on imagination.  If you have any suggestions for articles/books to be included, please send us the relevant information by email at junkyardofthemind@gmail.com by Sunday, June 4.  Work should have been published (including “online first”) within the last 12 months or so.  Look for the post to go up on Wednesday, June 7.

Weekly Posting Schedule

We’re very pleased to announce that, starting June 14, we will be switching from a once-every-other-week posting schedule to a once-a-week posting schedule.  New posts will continue to run on Wednesdays.  We’re also really pleased that in upcoming weeks we’ll be running content from scholars in disciplines outside of philosophy, with posts already scheduled by several psychologists and legal scholars.  We hope this interdisciplinary trend will continue.

Request for Feedback

In addition to the occasional Recent Work on Imagination feature, we would like to add other occasional features into the mix along with the regularly-scheduled weekly posts.  We welcome your feedback for what kinds of content you would like to see at The Junkyard.  Please leave your suggestions in the comments or email us at junkyardofthemind@gmail.com.  We look forward to hearing from you.
